Preserving its unmistakable asymmetrical lute-shaped silhouette, Olympica G3 introduces a series of thoughtful refinements that elevate both form and function. A striking 45-degree herringbone handcrafted authentic wood veneer, inspired by the brand’s iconic Stradivari loudspeaker, highlights Sonus faber’s woodworking mastery, while precision-machined aluminum details bring a new level of visual sophistication and contemporary elegance.

Every material, surface, and contour has been meticulously considered to create a loudspeaker designed to enrich both the listening experience and the living environment around it.

Beneath its handcrafted exterior, Olympica G3 represents the most technologically advanced evolution of the collection to date. Drawing directly from innovations previously developed for Sonus faber’s flagship Suprema loudspeakers, it combines the brand’s heritage of Italian craftsmanship with cutting-edge acoustic engineering to deliver greater transparency, realism, and emotional connection to music.

At the heart of Olympica G3 is the Camelia midrange driver. Inspired by the geometry of the camellia flower, its distinctive design helps minimize unwanted resonance while delivering exceptional clarity, transparency, and vocal realism. Crafted from fiber materials, the Camelia driver reflects Sonus faber’s commitment to achieving the purest and most natural reproduction of sound. Featuring a fabric surround refines performance of the midrange by improving speed, control, and linearity, allowing music to emerge with greater realism, nuance, and emotional expression.

Further enhancing the collection’s performance is a new Organic Basket that features a design influenced by the natural pattern of honeycombs. Inspired by the balance found in nature’s organic design language and engineered to maximize airflow while providing exceptional mechanical stability. This combined with a new advanced aluminum phase plug featuring new damping ring technology reduces compression and air turbulence for greater dynamics and clarity.

The Olympica III and Olympica V loudspeakers also incorporate cork as damping material in the mid-high acoustic chamber to improve the performance of this range. This minimizes unwanted resonances and reflections, resulting in greater resolution, tonal purity, and lifelike realism.
