May 9, 2017 – You are invited to a very special event featuring industry legend and GoldenEar Technology Founder Sandy Gross as he presents the company’s new flagship Triton Reference speaker. The event will he held on May 10 from 6pm to 9pm at Maryland’s premier high-end dealer, Gramophone located at 4 West Aylesbury Road, Timonium Maryland, 21093. 

GoldenEar’s new Triton Reference flagship loudspeaker, which is positioned above the best selling Triton One, was debuted at CES 2017 to great acclaim. The Reference is an evolution of the technology and concepts introduced in the award winning GoldenEar Triton Series, first debuted in 2010. It incorporates all new drivers, including the Reference High Velocity Folded Ribbon Tweeter (with 50% more neodymium rare earth magnet material), a new high-resolution 6″ upper bass/midrange driver (with a newly developed Focused Field magnet structure) and new powered sub-bass drivers (also with Focused Field magnet structures and 40% more surface area than previous Triton sub-bass drivers). The T Ref also features an elegant one piece monocoque cabinet finished in a beautiful hand-rubbed piano-black lacquer finish.

Sandy Gross, president of GoldenEar Technology has been involved in the audio industry since 1972, when he and two friends founded Polk Audio. In 1990, Sandy and two friends founded Definitive Technology, and in 2010, Sandy and Don Givogue founded GoldenEar Technology, with two slogans to define the company and their goals: “A Passion for Sonic Perfection” and ” We Make High-End Affordable”. Sandy will be on hand for this second public showing of the Reference, and personally demonstrating them with his favorite program material. In addition, he will be available to discuss this significant new product, to explain the goals and technology, and to answer any questions about T Ref and his long history in the audio industry. The event will be held at Gramophone on May 10, from 6-9 in the evening. Gramophone is located at 4 West Aylesbury Road, Timonium Maryland, 21093.
