T.H.E. Show Long Beach to Take Place as Planned

The following is a press release issued by T.H.E. Show.

Greetings Show attendees, exhibitors, press, and VIPs.

Today, March 12th, marks 90 days until T.H.E. Show 2020.

We would like to take this opportunity to address some questionsa bout COVID-19 (Coronavirus), as well as the buzzing rumors, some new information as well as misinformation traveling around in certain audio circles.  T.H.E. Show wishes to make it known and we take your concerns seriously; as of now we will be going forward with T.H.E. Show 2020, this coming June 12th through 14th at the Hilton Long Beach in California.

As our community's health and safety are paramount to us, we are receiving multiple daily updates from the CDC, WHO, and regional and local health and government agencies to make sure that we have the most up-to-date information and advisories.  Additionally, we have been in touch with the Mayor's office in Long Beach.

At this time, from the information we have been given, T.H.E. Show 202 is able to continue as planned, June 12-14th.  Should this change, we will enact our contingency plan which is already in place and give notice as soon as we are able.

We know thing can change from minutue to minute give the nature of this virus; for the time being we'll be posting and promoting regularly about the forthcoming exhibitors and their wonderful systems that everyone is looking forward to seeing.

In a time of growing panic, we've been clearly and firmly advised by multiple health experts to focus on preparedness, keeping calm, and vet all our information through a variety of sources.  Additionally, we still have (3) three months until the current show dates, and we are taking that into consideration (bearing in mind we are seeing from multiple sources many cancellations and postponements are for the immediate future or within 30-45 days from now).

Many of our exhibitors are small businesses and boutique showrooms run by families and/or longtime friends and business partners.  We empathize with the stresses and unexpected upheavals the virus is causing.  While T.H.E. Show is growing, we too are a family and a small business enterprise.  We are all in this together and we remain steadfast to our commitment to put on the very best show for you we can this year and look forward to seeing you all soon.

Should anyone have any questions, we welcome hearing from you.

T.H.E. Show Team

Maurice Jung, Manager, T.H.E. Show.
