January 21, 2016 – Robert Harley, Editor-in-Chief of The Absolute Sound, will make a special appearance at the Los Angeles & Orange County Audio Society meeting on Sunday, January 31. Society members and non-members alike are welcome.

This special event will be held at The Source Audio/Video Design Group in Torrance (3035 Kashiwa St, Torrance, CA 90505) from 2pm to 5pm. Robert will give a presentation on the just-published book The Absolute Sound’s Illustrated History of High-End Audio, Volume Two: Electronics. The Illustrated History series of richly illustrated large-format books celebrates high-end audio’s most legendary designers and their iconic products. Robert will also sign copies of the new fifth edition of The Complete Guide to High-End Audio as well as answer your questions about audio. In addition, every attendee will receive a complimentary copy of The Absolute Sound.

The Source AV’s Steven and Jason Lord will demonstrate top-of-the-line gear in custom-designed spaces within their lavish showroom. Listen to McIntosh, MBL, Boulder, Dan D’Agostino, Moon, Wadia, Marantz, Denon, Sonus Faber, Linn, Totem Acoustics, and other fine brands. Jason Lord will also give a special presentation of the new Pearl Evolution loudspeakers. Other special guests include:
